Just tossing this up, but in the next few months I'd like to move in with the gf, so I'll be renting my place out.

Its a 350sq ft studio in the Hollywood Beach Resort. Studio will come fully furnished with king size bed, tv, fridge, dishes, etc.

Price will be $1100 a month, which includes electricity, water, phone, cable tv, and card for the parking garage. Studio is located on the third floor, south wing, with window facing north, so you get a slight ocean view.

Yeah I totally remember when you first bought it. I was skeptical at first but if those places fetch $1100 a month then you sure showed me! :)

It is tiny, but its a studio, what do you expect? Doesn't really matter though, you're on the beach :D

why don't you turn it into some sort of time share...that would be cool. Money won't be as steady though.
