"Zex SR20DE DOHC Camshafts

Zex, with over 50 years of camshaft experience, offers a wide variety of designs with the most aggressive ramp speeds in the industry. These are premium Zex cores, NOT FACTORY REGRINDS. Custom, proprietary grinds also available. Add $100. And remember, we offer free shipping, so take advantage of it while it lasts.

With purchase of camshaft or camshafts, valve springs are highly recommended

They want $458 for them. Whats the story on these? I had no idea they existed.

actually, if you take into acount, that the "ZEX" flywheel is really the exact same thing as the JUN ultralight flywheel....

my guess would be that the "ZEX" cams are the same as the JUN cams....

Im pretty sure JUN has some sort of contract with zex where they can remarket their stuff... just my guess....

Those are the Comp Cams packaged as ZEX. Comp Cams actually sells 5 different kits. Those are only 3 of the 5 different kits Comp Cams offers. They have 58100, 58200, 58300, 58400, and 58500. (Mild to WILD!)

they have lots of duration but the lift isnt there, all are in the range of .450 which is really low for the wild all out performance cams that they have. And it seems like they designed the cams mostly for nitrous and not turbo. Thats probably the reason why they designed the exhaust side to have more duration. $450 is cheap though.

the mildest cams(58100) have 264 and 274 degrees duration, i guess kinda like a S4 intake cam and a C2 exhaust cam, but the lift of a S3.
the wildest cams(58500) have 272 and 290 degrees duration, similar to having a C2 intake cam and a bigger C3 exhaust cam. Still has .450 lift.
