So I get in the car this morning... it's about 37* out.
Start the car and push the clutch pedal in... it does not come back immediately.
I could take my whole foot off the pedal and it stayed there for a second or two.
Then it snapped back rather abruptly.
I blew the cable out and snapped the cable release arm off the tranny a few years ago. They had to disassemble the pedal and put in a new arm in the tranny.
Ever since then it the pedal has been squeaky and a little notchy. The new cable is an Autozone one and not OEM.
So my question is... could this problem be the cable binding or is it more related to the pedal assembly itself? OEM Nissan equivalent clutch, no heavy duty ones for me anymore and Fidanza flywheel.
