jonwepa 11-01-2007, 06:08 PM Went to the track last night and had some traction and clutch issues.
Here is my best time of the night

I am very happy with the trap(t25), but I just couldn't grip 2nd and 3rd.
Time for a heavier duty pp and definitely some slicks.
btw I will post a video soon
Here's the video:

avenir t25, 370cc's, bored se-r maf, and jwt ecu 4bar fp.
nismo94tuner 11-01-2007, 09:52 PM Wow man. Those trap speeds are very nice. I am assuming you have cams and probably 14psi?
jonwepa 11-01-2007, 10:02 PM What tires were you on?
Bridgestone 185/60 14's on stock se-r wheels.

s3's, not sure really what boost I was running?? I think I was peaking at about 12psi and holding 10psi all the way threw the traps.
I had it at 15 and got NO traction so I had to turn it down:D
Wish I had slicks!
btw I did put 2 gallons of 110 octane in....that stuff really kicks a$$!!
nismo94tuner 11-01-2007, 11:13 PM Thats sweet bro. I think I need to bring my car down to e-town next week or something.
t bags 11-02-2007, 11:12 AM im going to e-town on friday the 9th. if u swing thru ill let u run with my bf's so that u can get a 12 sec pass..guess its gonna be a t25 meet then:rofl: --maybe we can get stratton to swing by also:tongue:

You're doing so damn good driving to get 2.0 60fts on those tires with a boosted car.

Thanks..... Did a little burnout (not to much), went to stage was tapping the gas between 4500 and 6000, slipped really fast and there she went.
I also really found the groove on the track and it was hooking really well (like always)
I love atco's traction. I really need better traction on the 1-2 and 2-3 shift, thats were I am losing time. I want slicks, but am afraid of my axles breaking?? What would you suggest?
btw this was all done on 12psi, I want to run 15psi, but can't get any traction whatsoever.
AaroNX 11-04-2007, 09:50 PM There is a VERY slim chance of you braking an axle man. I rarely hear about it all really in the fwd sr20 community. I spray my car which makes more of a initial shock to everything, get 1.7 60fts, and I'm using O'reilly's axles that have a lifetime warranty. They're usually stock rebuilds, which you can tell by the green color.
I'd get some 22" or 23" slicks if I were you.
jonwepa 11-05-2007, 09:18 PM Bump for video.....
Setzer 11-05-2007, 09:22 PM I want slicks, but am afraid of my axles breaking??
Worry much, much more about your tranny breaking.
nismo94tuner 11-05-2007, 11:25 PM Just worry about that case cracking if anything. Slicks will do wonders. I am hoping I can trap some times like you or even better on 15psi and race fuel with my T25. I want to see some at least mid 12's with DR's.
duesmandella 11-06-2007, 12:20 AM thats really good on a t25. gotta be that gas. i trap at 111mph with my t28 and s4's at 11psi

Prothane mounts just about eliminate that problem.
t bags 11-06-2007, 01:11 AM prothanes with some jb seld in that trans--thats one great take off for street tires
nsusammyeb 11-06-2007, 09:27 AM you using jbweld as a block filler tbags?
