Can a SR18DE ecu work on a SR20DE ecu motor.


SR18DE ecu came out of a GTI N15 Pulsar.

Will it work on my SR20DE?

Yes you can, but u will need the MAF from the SR18 too. I had done that before. (Sunny GTS car powered with a SR20DE engine, all the electronics came from the SR18DE!).

There is also an advantage, the SR18DE ECU is a little more agressive with the maps, specially the timing maps. Also try the SR18 cams, they are a little more agressive than the highport cams.
