Just wondering if there is a break in period with the JWT S3 cams? Should I run the car hard right after installation? I know I won't feel the power gain right away b/c the ECU has to adjust.
TIA

Some do some don't. The rather brave souls install them and re-install the valve cover and hit 7500rpms going down the road a minute later. I wouldn't. Just drive somewhat easy for 70 miles or so.

According to JWT's instructions for SR20 cam installation, break-in should consist of 15-20 minutes of 1500-2000 RPM and 50-100 mles of varied RPM below 4000 RPM.

Getting ready for that VE, huh "Mr. Triple XXX" LOL
(inside joke)
X, was it a noticeable gain in your B15? I was just wondering, b/c I will be installing clutch, flywheel, header, stromung, pullies, cams, and 100 shot direct port ALL AT ONE TIME. And I wanted to test everything, so now I guess I'll wait for the cams until last.
