Found a very easy mod this weekend and I just **** show how easy it is.
-step by step-
1. pull off your headlight placement switch
2. cut the brown wire
3. tape off the brown wire the prevent the ends from touching
4. re-intall button
-use-
1. press headlight placement button to "up" position
2. turn on headlights
3. turn off headlights
4. double click the placement button untill desired position is aquired
And there you have it, it's that simple.

looks good:biggthump i was gonna do that but just never took the time to do it. the only thing i would've done different is i would've taken the wire/pin out of the connector terminal. that way, later down the road if you want to hook it back up you just plug the pin back into the connector housing rather than using a butt connector.

I've never understood these whole superfluous modifications individuals do to their vehicles. I've always wondered how these modifications spread; like the stretched tire/rim trend and super low vehicle lowering. If your doing this for performance, think again. The 240sx has difficulty with its roll center with about a 1-2 in drop. The suspension is compromised if lowered too low, ergo no increase in handling capability.

the stretched tire thing came from people using any tire they could fit on their wide rims for cheap drift tires. after that it was a dumb fad. stupid fads.
cutting a wire to give your car the ability to have a more aggressive look. it's cheap and makes the owner more proud of their vehicle. who doesn't like to be proud of their vehicle?
the lowering thing on any car still gets me. ride height is a suspension setting. to me that's like going with huge amounts of negative camber because it "looks cool"

There is a way thats even easier than the brown wire. Open your hood and turn the knobs on the headlight motors until the desired position is reached. Viola, now your own personal S13 can look like its headlights are broken too :D
The "rep" system at zilvia is probably the lamest forum thing ever.

I just think it makes the car look meaner, and it's not gona hurt anything like slamming my car or crazy camber so why not. I like the clean agresive stealthy look.

The only way to do sleepy eye for real is to take the headlights out and put in some nice low-profile driving lights.
