okay i just recently had my jdm engine install and i notice right away that when i drive the car in low rpm *1000-3000* i feel this slight vibration on my clutch pedal and i can hear a little rubbing noise or something also.. can anyone tell me what my problem is and what can i do to fix it.. thanks for the help

Did you put a new clutch and PP in ?
have you checked the adjustment on your clutch cable?

the clutch and pp was used off my old motor.. the jdm was an auto also
i havent adjust the clutch cable.. anytips on doing this? the clutch seem to be catching good but at the low rpm it feel like its jerking sometimes

well after driving my car around today.. i tried to pay attention alot to the noise and whats going on.. the noise sound like something is grinding or some sort
also is it normal for the shifter to have vibration.. first and second vibrate slightly but third seem to be doing it worst and alot more noise.. tranny problem?

Did you replace the rear main seal on the engine before you put it in?
Which flywheel bolts did you use?
Did you make absolutely sure that your hands were clean when you were handling the clutch?
Kinda sounds like you have two problems....
The clutch bit kinda sounds like clutch chatter, which is cuased by dirt or oil on the clutch disc.
And then it sounds like you may have a different problem with something either out of balance (hence the vibration) or a mount that isn't secured properly.
