Search more, because you haven't really searched at all from what I can tell. All this shit you have to swap has been answered MANY times. Look around in the technical information library, specifically the turbo section, as well as this section where you've posted your thread.

dont do top mount..that's just ugly. most definitely go with a fmic. and dont buy a motor off EBAY, it's going to cause u more problems then u want (if u even get it). go to http://www.jdmtigerjapanese.com/ like anthony said, it'll save u alot of problems.

minus clutch pump and intercooler? ...whatever you spend on the motor basically, motor mounts, without those very important parts that are "minused" I'd say 1000 bucks. Of course that would be EXTREMELY basic.

yea don't do ebay. my stupid friend bought a motor off ebay and he never even got it lol, and i tried to warn him too.

but, everything tiger has + u'll prob run into some wiring problems (budget $100 for that), i had bad spark plugs / distributor cap (like $50 bucks..but still watch for that), i'd recommend getting a boost controller / boost gauge / oil temp gauges minimum. ($100 boost controller, $60 boost gauge, $60ish oil temp) just to play it safe for the engine. fluids n all that i'd replace...i did 3 oil changes in my car (one like every 150 miles) just to help clean out some gunk..

umm...yea..that's about all i can think of that's not fmic, clutch (i'd also do flywheel...that thing kicks ass) and the fuel pump. but also that's like $2000 for those 4 things lol

that's just what i did...n watched for, so...anyone correct me if i'm wrong =]

the three oil changes is a good idea for any crap that may have built up from sitting in a humid garage/storage unit for a while.

clean it out and worry less about your bearings

so you think around 2 grand you can have it running and driveable that sounds like the way i will go and that is the blue bird motor right i will look at some more stuff on here and go from there

nono...like 3-4 grand to get it running. like 2 grand for the clutch, (if u do a flywheel) intercooler and the pump.

and yea, the oil changes i was like u know what, i'll just buy cheap crap and run it through it acouple times then put then i'll put the royal purple in. :)

i'd say around 3 ***. i'd budget alittle more..some problems can ALWAYS go wrong.

2g's for a clutch w/flywheel, FMIC and pump, damn. Where do you buy parts? I dont wanna get em from there.

No need for a flywheel to get going, $400 for exedy stgII, $350+ for an ebay IC and DIY aluminum IC piping kit and $88 for a pump, done.

I sold my exedy stg II on here for $280 brand new, just look around. Walbro's are cheap, just get a new one.

well the fuel pump was 100, the clutch was $300ish, flywheel another $300 (fidanza & ACT) and i did a greddy front mount..but i guess u can get a cheap EBAY IC and be just fine =] so yea, like $1000 then lol. but i love greddy =P

just know that you'll probably need a different fuel rail cause they usaully come bent. if you get a u13 you will need to "modify" the crossmeber and dogbone mount to clear the turbo outlet.
