Since the NX2000 is the sport package of the Nissan NX is the stock ride height lower than that of the NX1600?

yes its a little lower than the 1600 but i forget how much lower it is.

If you look in your FSM (don't have mine here), it lists the spring rates for both the NX2000 and the 1600 - it also lists the free length. Now all you need are the curb weights and front/rear weight disributions for each model (I think the distrbution is like 60/40 - close enough) You can figure out the curb weight from the shipping label affixed to your DS door jamb.

From that, determine (nominally - not building a watch here) your rough corner weights - apply these to the spring rate and free lengths. Since each model has the same suspension geometry, this should give you the relative difference in ride heights between the models.
