I ran a compression test w/ one of my friends tonight and these are the results.

We also took off the valve cover and the cam gears looked lined up right and I could see no antifreeze in the engine but I still have oil in my overflow and in my radiator. Do these results look good to you guys and would you just say that it is the head gasket or is there something else I could check before ripping apart the motor?

Do a leak down test. Analogy: the compression test is just like taking your blood pressure (tells you about systolic/diastolic pressure), whereas the leakdown test is more akin to an andiogram and tells you of blockages and valve leakage in your heart and tells you why the b/p is such.
