does anyone know how much boost the stock brand new sr20det pistions can take?

I would say 20psi + with aquamist water injection, thats just a guess though, some other members could give you a better idea

i ran 22psi on my stock pistons with a t28. then i did a turbo upgrade and ran 20pis with my t3t4 60-1 hi flow. never a problem or detonation with either turbo under any conditions.
