Greg do you have a set of SR16VE pistons in stock? Do they come with the rings?

Thanks

I can get N1 pistons. they will yield a slightly lower compression of around 10.9:1

$330 including rings

i though SR16VE and SR16VE N1 had same pistons..

Greg

That N1 piston compression you mentioned

it on SR16VE ? 20VE or 20DE ?

Thank you man

can this be used on a regular VE without valve clearance issues?
what compression would they yield?

Hmm, gives me a little room for a liitle bit of bottle.:eek2: I'll be ordering a set soon. Will these pistons have the original coating?

On SR20DE.

Not sure on a regular VE, but I think closer to 12:1.

well.. based on this
the N1 piston should yield around 12.1 on SR20VE block ?

I dont think valve issue if i using N1 cam since this is N1 piston as well.

do the piston ring is same with the one i ordered before ?
since i might order his piston only instead of ordering another set with ring as well

thank you

Yes but the N1 uses the 1.6L crank, the stroke is shorter than the 2.0L crank

Overall
a SR16VE piston will yield around 12 on SR20DE block if i not mistaken

a SR16VE piston on SR20VE will be 13.5

to play safe i assume the N1 piston will yield around 12.1
hopefully it correct. plus minus not a issue
but if between this range.. good

sr16 pistons in a sr20ve will be about 12.5:1...

the n1 pistons will be slightly lower

yup but the N1 also uses longer rods....:melonscratcher: so whats your point.
