chris........we all know and respect you very much. i just read that its possible that the same company that took over nissanforums.com a few years back may be the reason for these changes/they are the people that have bought the forum. if this is true there is no need to tell us however i request that you not let them take over like they did nf.com. nf.com is more a ricer forum than it used to be....i idnt think that was possible.

i remember being a member there and pretty much everyone leaving when it happend, they made a new low key forum for all the nf locals to migrate to. i dont want us to deal with that fate. however nf going under is what brought me over here........and how i found my first se-r:tongue:

Well the only way this place will remain good is if we all stick with it. as far as im concerned this is still the community's forum. If it gets bad enough we can pack up and move elsewhere but i plan on keeping this as my homepage and viewing it XX amount of times a day. I will say that i do not like this new layout.. what happened to the old school stuff? And of course I hate censorship but who doesnt.

I agree. Im going to try to stick it out. If it gets bad, we can all head over to the new sr20 forum that was made last night.

I think if we all remain calm, and talk things out with ekool, there is no reason that this has to be a really bad thing.

The biggest issue I see right now is that no one can edit their old posts, which seems like a silly mistake to me since so many threads are ongoing databases to which the author adds information constantly.

^You should be able to edit.............The big thing in my opinion is the NEW FORUM..........It will hurt this forum if the pace stays UP .......Vendors are coming...........I can PM details if you don't know about it...........It is GROWING like California Wildfire!

Not feeling the advertisements in the middle of the threads either. This is a place to learn. I enjoy not having a ricer forum. If you guys are serious about moving and want to start another forum, one of my friends is really good at web stuff, he could have another website up and running in just a few days, pending some one here knows how to run a forum cause I absolutly do not.
