I have a JWT pp with stock disc. I have put about 51k miles on the setup, and the clutch is starting to slip a little, so I was thinking of keeping the pp, but getting an ACT street disc.
Anyone have anything to say about this setup? Good, bad? If the pp is still good, I dont want to get rid of it, but the stock disc may be wearing down.
Thanks for any input.

The ACT stock disc is just that, a STOCK disc. Recently, ACT has also had a lot of quality control issues. The B15 OEM disc is FAR superior to the ACT stock disc.

I have a stock disc now, I was thinking of getting the ACT street disc. Is the street disc the same as a stock disc?

Treydee, thanks man, I dont want to go with something too agressive, either the ACT street disc, or the 2001 stock disc as Terrin mentioned.

Yes, the ACT street disk is a stock disk. Get the B15 disk and keep your PP.

Is there a way to tell the difference from a B14 disc and B15 disc by looking at it?

I dont know if youve guys checked but I think Act has updated their page. From what I remember they offer 3 discs for us now. A Street, Street/Strip and the Puck discs. The stock disc that Act offers is an Exedy disc which to me holds pretty well.
