i'm just checking, with jwt s3m's
i should put in intake cam gear (+/-)degrees?
and the exhaust cam gear(+/-)degrees?

Not sure. GTI-R motor? Probably don't need the gears.

JWT does the research into what is the best degree for the motor and then grinds the cams to accommodate that. Usually you don't need to change. When you put S3s on a DET, then you need to degree them because they were designed for NA. But yours were designed for that motor.

man i have a normal DE with jwt s3 and had the cams 2.5 adv and 2.5 retrd and took them off today i did not like them with out them it feels to slow tomorrow im going to put them back in

^I wish you could do some dyno pulls with the cam gears on, then off to confirm that you recieved a gain. You sure the cam gears are not just shifting the power band curve around making it feel that way in what ever RPM range you are noticing this?

no i went to a mustang dyno last week and i made 141hp and 117torq with the gear setting and im going again this week to see more hp if i can and trust me if it didnt work i would not even have it on and my set up is a jdm motor with a SS headder jwt s3 with gears popchargr 2.5 exhaust
