i am considering doing a white valvecover. does anybody have any pics of this?

If i dont like how it looks im gonna go with a black crinkle coat.

That is a sharp cover. Only one question: that has got to get dirty easily! White shows any little bit of dirt/smudge 100x more than any color! How often do you have to clean the cover to keep it looking good?

But I imagine as long as he doesn't have a leaky valve cover gasket, cleaning it once a week should be fine.

my cover is painted artic white useing duplicolor touch up spray paint. then cleared useing duplicolor clear effex clear coat.

ill have to get a picture of the valve cover. cleaning is easy for me because i have a high power blow gun and 130psi of air at work.............i spray some degreaser on there and give it a quick wipe then blow everything else off with the gun.

Holy sh*t. That looks so clean. I didn't think it would look that awesome. I love the color of the headers, and the oil cap goes perfect with everything. How'd you get rid of the writing on the valve cover?

Shaved them off with a pad we use on our air grinder. That's factory nissan paint too.

The thing about that pic is you can't tell it has pearl in it. If you've ever seen a pearl white nissan that's the color that's on my vc.

a like that AaroNX white cover.. it would also looks nice with black NISSAN letters and red TWIN CAM 16 VALVE letters.. similar like RWD guys had on red (or black?) tops.

Yeah I mainly took the letters off because the rest of the emblems aren't on the car anymore either. It's really funny to hear people try and guess wth the car is.

i just got mine powerdercoated high gloss white, it turned out awsome, i love it. im actually doing the lettering in gloss black too before it goes on. i will post up pics when its done.

What is there to not understand? For me my car is white, and will eventually be the color of my vc. Well half of it will anyway.
