when you have a question like that, there are three things i would advise you to do:
1- click on the button marked "f.a.q," its probably answered there
2- the search button is still there
3- ask in the newbie forum

Allways check FAQ before posting a thread or the Jedi Masters will beat you down!

Not enough if you are still posting in ALL CAPS.

Hell I don't see why post count matters, he has been on here alot longer than me and I have more posts than him.

The fact is the more you post the more you potentially help other people and that is how they decide status.

Yeah but you also have the post whores who post for no reason at all. Just to waste other peoples time and bandwith. They have high counts and don't exactly help other people.

That is so true and it drives me crazy. Someone that is on the list for a month with hundreds of posts is insane. If you don't know the answer or potential answer then leave the thread alone and move on. If you can help then by all means post!

It ain't "How Many" but "What questions they ask". On the G20.net forum there's a member there with at least 150 posts but about 95% of the time the questions are of sub-newbie level. And although I try to be as patient as possible, sometimes I just don't want to stress myself answering the same old "what mods can I put on my car" question for the trillionth time.

Yeah they should make it so that all newbies asking simple questions are made to read the stuff on the SER.NET. It pretty much lists everything they want to know. AT least most of the time anyway.

ser.net will take you to the wrong site :D
