yeah chris , it is a twin turbo Z. I just got it last week. Man I like it. I don't know though, you have a 12 sec one. That's a pretty tuff one. Oh well I'll try to put this baby on a dyno soon.

congrats on the z car! when and where are you going to dyno at? speedworks in lewisville is pretty good, they have been doing it for a while now and its only 60 bux for 3 pulls. let me know when your going and we might have dyno wars! ha ha ha!!!
i know you would kill me without the juice, stock it has a whoping 225 hp and with the mods probably like 260. keep me up dated!

yeah the car ran a 12.8 on some mickey t slicks. front wheels off the ground. i need to go back to get a nos hose and fitting so maybe like late sat.? i have to clean the nos solinoid tonight, i think its cloged.

I got the Z about last week. Man I am so busy I can't believe it. I am thinking about getting the JWT ECU really soon so I can add about 60HP!!! Damn could you believe that?? The sr20de NA only added 8. Same price for the mod. I can't believe it.

Hey Bryan,

You'll feel a night/day difference when you go stage 3 (ecu, intake, and exhaust) all at the same time. Of course, you'll need an aftermarket clutch at that point. :)

well right now the Z has a stillen Exhaust, and a POP changer. I am just bought an ECU that I need to get reprogrammed for 370cc injectors and then hopefully get it back. I also recently bought a UR pulley because my radiator is leaking so I just went ahead and decided to do that too. So you think I need a new clutch? Why is that? Can't the OEM handle 370 HP?

Hey Bryan,

The stock clutch won't last very long if you drive it hard at stage 3. If you take it easy and drive like grandma, then the stock clutch may last. Then again, that kinda defeats the purpose of going to stage 3. :D

JWT actually advertises stage 3 as 396hp. At a 15% drivetrain loss, that's about 336rwhp; at a 20% drivetrain loss, that's about 316rwhp. A typical, healthy stage 3 Z will put down between 310-330rwhp. A stock Z will typically put down around 245rwhp. I shall now defer you to the dynocharts of TTZD.com (http://www.ttzd.com/rides/dynocharts/dynocharts.html).

BTW, that same typical, healthy stage 3 Z will have trap speeds around 107mph at the end of the 1/4. Definitely potential for low-13's/high-12's if you're an awesome driver on drag radials. It's all about the launch.

yeah man i just bought an ECU with the 555 injectors programmed in it. I am just debating if I should send it to JWT to make it run with 370cc injectors or just save up money for some 555, and a new clutch. Man that would be crazy shit. I only have the pop and a stillen exhaust right now. I just changed the pulley tonigt. DAMN!!! Those stock pulleys are heavy. I can't believe it. It is almost as heavy as an sr20 flywheel. Ok man. Hopefully I can feel some difference on the pulley.
