Both manifold are off, I've unbolted 5 10mm bolts and nuts. I see under the valve cover 2 hex bolt. Do you have to unbolt these for the head to come off?

What else should I look at?

Did you remove the cams and rockers? There are 6 or 8 bolts under the rockers that have to be removed. IIRC there are also a few bolts on the outside of the head, on the Crank side, that have to be removed.

pull the cams and rockers and all that stuff look under the where the cam were and u should see the head bolts. they are 10mm hex heads b very careful taking them out they are ahrd as hell to drill out if u round them out! make sure the u keep the stuff perpindicular to the ehad or it will round them out.
