UPDATE: June 29, 2008....

I recieved an e-mail from him cause I emailed him about this situation and replied on June 24, 2008. I emailed him twice from June 26 or so and the other on today, June 29, 2008 and there is no reply from him at all.


SO JAY, what is going on????

Update: still haven't recieve any replacement ballast!!!!

Do you have a pic of the bad ballast? or at least one pic of the good one?

I tried to get this resolved, but from all indications, he's chosen to ignore the situation. I have no choice but to ban him.

The ballast that is defective doesn't work at all, and I thought it was the wiring for the passenger side, but when i used the working ballast, it worked so to my conclusion, the ballast is defective and i notified jay ASAP about it.

i ordered 2 hid sets from him a h4 hi/lo and a h3 foglight and one of the 4 ballasts were bad he just sent me a message the other day telling me to send the bad one out to him i hope he sends me a new one but ill keep my fingers crossed

I hope you get a better results then i did. I have been waiting since March 2008.
