hi guys, really need to diagnose quickly as i need to get parts ordered/my car booked in somewhere for the coming weekend.
my rad fans dont come on. EVER when driving, or stuck in traffic:/. (i have bridged the circuit in the box on the left of the engine, and they DO come on)
my temperature guage in car 90% of the time stays LOW on the guage, in traffic it makes it to the mid point, but it never goes into HOT, or close to the red marker - but trust me its hot in there!
i am thinking Thermostat, would this sticking create the situation that i am seeing with the guage?
the coolant is topped up, im not losing any really...hm, the temp sensor on the car next to the oil filter looked like it had been to a toasty oil convention but i couldnt pull it to investigate it further,
