hey guys...
was wondering if anyone has a second hand AC system...as in the condenser, compressor, hoses, housing and anything else...this is due to the car im planning to get doesnt have any and i would love an AC in there...and a quote from a mechanic in my place said it was $1250 new...something i dont wanna pay... please tell me how much u want for it or how i can get one...thanks in advance! :)

I have the lines from the engine bay , compressor bracket, and compressor (condenser is gone) from when I took the non-functional AC out of one of my black classic. You can have it all for the cost of shipping + $10 for my time. Or you can come pick it up in Saco, ME if you are close. I have absolutely no clue if the compressor works or not (the condenser was removed before I bought the car), but the lines should be OK. It'll get you partway there anyway. I was going to throw this stuff out yesterday, so if you want any of it, let me know.

If sbd18 doesn't want the lines, I will take them. My NX needs new A/C lines.

i am interested in what u got (but i doubt the condenser works)...but can u give me some time to make sure i need the lines too...im not exactly sure what i need as i haven't received the car but i know the compressor and condenser have been taken out...but give me some time and ill get back to u...i hope u dont mind...thanks!:D

well, I can tell you for sure that the condenser doesn't work, because it doesn't exist. I only have a compressor (should the compressor pulley be able to turn freely when it's off the vehicle? Because mine doesn't) that probably doesn't work, plus the compressor bracket and the lines that travel inside the engine bay. I will check out how much shipping would be for the lines. I looked closer at the stuff yesterday, and it looks like that's all that would be useful.

I have a good compressor and mounting bracket for sale. $65 + shipping takes both.

i most probably would take the compressor but can u give me some time till i get my car and make sure i need it...but most prob i would get it...thanks!
