Hey guys,
It's been a while since i left the Se-R crowd. My car got stolen about a year and a half ago. I'm looking to get back in the scene, not just because i love the car but because it's more affordable than my BMW.
With that said, i found a possiblity. It's a local seller and i just got a reply from him via email. He said that all it needs is the front strut bearings. He said that he replaced the engine at 165k and it has 193k now. So the engine should have roughly 60-75k on it. Here's what it said in the ad:

JDM SR20DE Swap @ 165k
New/Performance Parts:

6 spoke 12.5lb wheels (gunmetal)
Falken Azenis 615's (205/50/15)
Proclutch 6-puck clutch
KYB AGX Struts
Hypercoil Gen 2 springs
NX2000 brakes
Autometer Gauges
Autopower Rollbar
Axles
Wheel Bearings
AEM Intake
PS Header
Magnaflow

Items that will come with the car:

Remanufactured A/C Compressor
A/C Condenser
A/C Dryer
Hyperflex complete Polyurathane bushing kit
4 50% Sumitomo HTR-Z tires

He is asking for 3300, does that sound like a reasonable price? I'm thinking i can get him down to 2700. What do you think?
Should i jump on this deal or let it pass? I'm really in need of some help, my BMW is messing me up financially and i just want to be done with it and have a good ol' reliable sentra.

Have you seen the car? You gotta check not only for surface rust, but under the car and on the frame. Ask the guy how long ago those mods were made. 3300 sounds a little much to me but, like I said, it depends. If it's clean all around and it needs nothing to run smooth then go for it. Just *** it's in CA doesn't mean rust isn't an issue. Drive the car too.
