I know I'm probably a "bit" late on this, but there was a hillarious article in the August issue of the Sport Compact Car magazine. They stripped some guy's B15 SE and made it run 14.3 quarter mile on a budget of $0. If you don't have the magazine yet go out and buy one, its a good piece.
