sorry guys kinda rushed through it just copied and pasted my invoice

now lets get to it
i am doing this build on a jdm roller rocker
(i appreciate comments for the future but what is done is done no turning back)

Arp headstuds
Greddy rocker arm stopper
head work 3 angle valve jobs
surfacing head>>>Bc Cams stage 2 (shims are for clearence)
Arp main studs
commetic head gasket .040 addition oil holes
main crank bearings>>>thrust bearings
Bc connnecting rods Econo series
9/5/1 compression forged pistons >>seals and guides for the head
koyo rad
Gt28rs turbo 72 lb injectors
jgy turbo manifold and intercooler kit
inline resistors for low impedance injectors jgy fuel rail
nismo FPR>>Walbro fuel pump
z32 maf>>Greddy Emanage ultimate
fly wheel 8.5
6 puck clutch jgy

sorry for the clutter and the newbie error i think i have just popped nmy first forum cherry

now back to the opinions i have some thoughts about the ecu speed cut and maybe one or two things but am i going to be able to re-register my car i never pass inspection i got a uhhh fake 1 so thats another thought

That si confusing as hell, try to use sentences rather then fragments. You list the same thing different ways multiple times.

Do more research, it sounds like you just found out what a sr20de/t is and are just throwing out ideas.

Use a rom tune, not an e-manage.

That nice ending makes it seem as though this was copied/pasted. I doesn't SOUND like he knows what he has 'cause he's got nothing fancy. Sounds like a Disco Potato on a ported head with 72lb injectors to me, with a 2.5" DP and BC stage 2 cams. WOW, I just made your whole pile of crap seem like a pretty decent setup. Wasn't that much easier?

Alright bro, I'll help you out since you fixed your OP. DOnt worry about the typing thing too much, we all just breeze thru, but...


So junk the ARP head studs if you want, they will work OK, but OEM will be fine for your needs, or for 500whp for that matter.

Junk the cometic HG, sell it to someone for $80 shipped, then buy an Apexi or Tomei or Power enterprises as they are the best. If you dont wanna drop200+ on a HG then get a coswort for 125 at the least. Cometic suck and have no fire ring. AN OEM HG has lasted me well over a year on 350whp daily and 423whp on the weekends on my S13.

RAS were they hype when they came out, but we have learned that they work well only if you valve train is setup right, but then again you wont need them if it is setup right. Meaning, good springs and retainers will negate needing RAS. Here is what can happen:
1. RAS installed, you hit the rev limiter or flaot a valve and the RA tries to pop off, but the RAS keeps it in place and instead of poppong off and breaking, it gets dislodged but stays in place and hits the valve, bending it, mabye dropping the valve or destoying the valve seat. At the least you now need a new valve, guide, spring/ret, valve job(seat cut or replaced) and a rocker arm, maybe even a cab.

2. No RAS installed, rocker arms pops, braks into bits, done. Replace rocker arm.

72lb inj are way way way bigger then needed for a gt-rs. Sell em and go with 50lb/hr.

Port and polish of the head is not necessary for anything under 500whp unless you just have money to burn.

Use some good supertech springs

thanks for the info on the Hg and Ras well i understand about the two items i will take a look into also i purchased the 72lb injectors because i want to upgrade my turbo being this is my first turbo nissan i dont wanna kill myself:rofl: so i got the 72lb injectors so i can upgrade the turbo not worry about it later being that im using greddy emanage ultimate...can you shed some light about passing inspection and re register your car
