: SR20VE Tuned JWT vs Calum
omaritech 01-29-2008, 10:37 AM Is anyone using a tuned JWT ECU to run their VE?
How does the Calum compare to the JWT.
I have been trying to get in contact with Calum for a week but getting no reply. I e-mail JWT about reprogramming my ECU and they e-mail back in a day, giving the procedure and cost of programming. Right now my VE is running like trash. So i need to get my ECU sorted.
Can anyone give me some advice.
Calum 01-29-2008, 10:49 AM You've got an extra 'C' there. :)

... and within 12 minutes. Nice.
Serban 01-29-2008, 03:04 PM Maybe he's not replying because you call him Calcum? lol
swiss 01-29-2008, 03:29 PM He's been emailing the hell out of calcum@calcumsult.com
NismoTheDog 01-29-2008, 05:53 PM i love my calum board. the quality is definitely on point. i just wish i could find someone around here to make me a better tune for it, one I'm running now has some mild issues. jwt ecus are not that great and cost twice as much or more. i don't think jwt ecus have a consult plug which is one of the big pluses i found with the calum daughter board.
btw calum, what is the best way to reach you now days. i may be needing 2 realtime ecus.

I am in the same boat as you. Calum Johon has not responded to me even though I called and emailed him. Not sure if calum@calumsult is working because the site 'calumsult.com' is under construction and I dont know if anyone has another contact for him.
What did JW told you? Cost? They told me that they could use a sr20de ecu to run the ve
Yellow4g63 01-29-2008, 08:56 PM My cousin has a Calum ecu in his friend GTiR in Jamaica. It's just the basic board with the "Jun" type program loaded on it.
Calum 01-29-2008, 11:02 PM ...and I'm shipping an ecu to a customer in Jamaica this Friday.
Nismo- Just post in my section of the forum, or call. I'm still waaaay behind on my e-mails.
Pricing is on the order form below. Pricing includes shipping, including to JA or Barbados via USPS parcel post. It is slow, but cheap.
VEs are no problem. All I really need to know is what maf your using (DE, N60, E60/61, N62, Cobra, or VE) and I assume your using the stock VE injectors (although 20V or 370s are fine too). If your using cams please specify.
I usually do payment from the islands via Pay-Pal, but money orders (Western Union) works too.
If you've got questions just post them in this thread, or call me (the number is on the order form).

Raggy 01-29-2008, 11:33 PM Thanks a lot. Based on your order form (not seeing Sr20ve on it), do I send a 91-93 SR20 de ecu and you programme it to work with the ecu or do I send u the sr20ve ecu?
Calum 01-30-2008, 12:08 AM I don't work with the SR20VE ecus, sorry. 91-93 B13 or HP10 DE will work.
omaritech 01-30-2008, 07:29 AM Thank you guys very much for your responses, and especially to CALUM.
I am going to attach a few pictures of my ECU, just to make sure that it can be reprogrammed as well as the model number on top.
