ok so i got the panels off and i got to the gauges, but how the hell are you supposed to get the new gauge faces on without pulling the needles? or is it ok to pull them? any help is appreciated guys.

fold the gauges, but not so they crease, then just slide the needle through it.

thanks, but i tried that already, the hole isnt big enough to slide over the back of the needle.

Whatever you do, DO NOT remove the needles!! you will mess up everything! The speedo is hooked up via wound up spring... if you pull it will mess it up and it won't show correct speed...
I speak from experience, unfortunately...:(

they will slide! what you have to do is slide them all the way underneath the plastic of the needle to make them fit over the back of the needle. This is what we had to do on my buddy's Supra. hope this helps.
