Myself and some firends are planning on going up to Edgewater on friday to run the 1/4. Are then any SE-Rs in the area that might want to meet up and go to the track. I am planning on leaving Louisville around 4:00. I have been to edgewater once before, I think it is only about a 1 1/2 hour drive.

I wish I could make it down there for Edgewater tonight. Last time I tried to go it raind just as we got there. I am most likely moving down to Ky, so mybe we could all get together sometime this Fall and go.

Man, I wish you would have given a little more notice. ;) Next time you go, let us know at the begining of the week.

I will give more notice next time we go. It was a last minute decision that some on my friends and I made yesterday. I am going to try and run a 13.4-13.5, my friend is taking his WRX and he is hoping for 13.5-13.6. We will see how it goes. This will probably be the last time I drag race the Sentra this summer, I am probably going to start waterskiing, wakeboarding, and autocrossing more.

The next Car Wars event is set for the very last weekend in August (the 28th).

HOWEVER...this event is a 2-day affair, Saturday and Sunday, with both imports and domestics racing on Saturday, and compact/imports ONLY on Sunday. Woo freakin' hoo.

Yes, we should begin making plans NOW for this. I know I'll be there, gunning for a 12.9999999999 time slip. I hope.

Hey Sandman you have the DET in a b13 right. And Sherb is your friend with the WRX? I was talking to my bf who I believe you met at Edgewater. Jay has a maroon b13 4 door, he was with our friend Don who has a b13 coupe. He said he talked to you for a little bit.

Yes, that was me. I talked with Jay and Don, I was glad to see some other B13s running. I need to get some drag slicks, I was spinning in 1st and 2nd at Edgewater. Sherb knew Jay from before, I think he met him at last years Sentrafest.

Cool. I would love to see you guys run sometime. Maybe we could all get together sometime when I'm down there.

I am down there a lot, in fact I'm most likely moving down there. I will be down this weekend for the SCCA autocross at Grand Vic in Indiana on Sunday.

I am around Florence a lot b.c when I get bored and I drive around trying to find cool places to take pics, and find nice cars lol.
