this is basically a copy and paste from what i wrote in b15forums. i want to start getting some ideas and info on what others think have suggestions and whatnot

ok since all this hub bub of next months meet and etc etc its already the 25th so its not like its that far away. everyone has said they have a few ideas and so on and so on. why not start letting us know about it and seeing how many people would be interested and blah blah.

i was thinking of maybe another meet at busse and head down to apg for a group dyno figure there were 48 cars that showed up at the meet. if half of those people wanted dyno runs i think we could get a good deal. also since we would probably need the day to ourselves we need more time to actually book the dyno.

now ive never dyno'ed a car anywhere so fi anyone knows how to book or scheduling goes feel free to add some insight. i know igor was going to apg. any info on money time how many runs etc?

if no one can get the info i can head down there and gather some prices times dates etc for everyone its not to far from my house.

lets get this going again people.

August 25th is a Sunday...Right? Well APG is not open on sundays. The only way to have them open the dyno up would be to have at least 15 cars. They normally charge $50 for 2 pulls. If we could have a GUARANTEED 15+ cars, then I'm sure they would drop the price. Once members start agreeing to go dyno, then I will go talk to them and get a for sure price.

I will need each member to post their make/model/year and if you want just 2 runs, or a whole hour with A/F hook ups and tuning.


I will definately get my car dynoed:

Nissan/Sentra/1991- 2 runs

I would be up for it, and I would also like to get my car dynoed again just to compare and see how she's running.

seems like people are saying a dyno wouldnt be a good idea since with a large group it takes hourssssssss

dont know really. but steve mentioned going to rt 66 on a tuesday on the b15 midwest boards. i would go also we might make the meet on a 25 or the 24 of august still detrermining

Dyno or drag racing, it's all fine with me. I would like to do either to compare to the first times I did both. I was dissappointed in my times at GLD and I would like to check out my whp after a tuneup, new plugs, and new, less restrictive cat.

My digital camera is in the Nikon Photo Service because the shutter doesn't close :-/ They told me 1-3 weeks.

Uh, guys, i hope we can make it the 24th as i will be AutoXn on Sunday the 25th again. As for additional activities, while my vote would be for doin the dyno i wouldn't mind hittin the strip either. Actually i've never done it before and would love the new experience. Still would rather find out what kind of power i am making w/ my current mods.

ohh and akapaul sorry for not replying to your pm my computers monitor had a frying issue. but no i havent had any problems with my digi cam
