Hey guys,

I was wondering when reading some stuff over on nissanforums.com. I'm sure this has been answered, but I have searched for the past 20 minutes to no avail. I have a couple of questions..here goes:

1. Can you swap a JDM sr20 HEAD onto the usdm block? Would it fit just plain ol' bolt on...meaning....if I had a JDM sr20 head could I just switch it with my usdm one?

2. If it does fit, would I still get the 150hp from the JDM, or do I have to have the entire engine?

Thanks in advance for any answers you can offer.

It's the bottom end that gives the motor the added HP. 10:1 (not in all cases)pistons vs. US 9.5:1. The real benefit to a JDM motor is less miles, good piston rings. A 9.5:1 JDM motor is fine.

Doing that would be pointless
