Im posting for my freind here,
he has a 97 200sx se (1.6)

The problem is when he takes off in first it studders back and forth really bad, it all happened about 2 days ago after we put gas in we thought it might be bad gas, so we changed the spark plugs and the fuel filter and even put some fuel injector cleaner and still studders in low rpm in 1st an 2nd gear.

has anyone had this problem before or no whats wrong with it,
help will be nice.

Put some water remover in the tank, see if that helps.

Tried that but his car still has that studder problem,
when he takes off when its warm it'll studder in low RPM till about 4 grand then itll stop but when its cold it doensnt do that,
it only happens in the lower to 4 grand range,
do any of you ever had this problem.

Could be the EGR valve...I'm just guessing. Also, has it been tuned up lately(wires, cap, rotor,plugs, ect)?
