We had a problem last year with BIN files not properly uploading, or they'd upload but wouldn't verify.
Turns out the problem is with TunerPro not properly saving edited BIN files. The short version is that when you open a BIN in TunerPro and then edit it, then select "Save" it doesn't save it in the correct size (32KB), it DOUBLES it. The only way around this is to "Save As" a different name, and THEN it'll write and upload it correctly.
Go through your BIN files; any that are not 32KB are not usable. You MAY be able to open one that's bad and "Save As" a different name, but I didn't try it. - GA

The above size doubling problem is because of the size not being set correctly in the xdf header. I'll post details when I'm on a PC with TunerPro, but its an easy fix. I think it actually only occurs when you download the rom with TunerPro.
Kevin caught that problem.
