I ordered my rotors from mark at brakeco.com for 27.98 each, shipping out tomorrow.
After searching on the forum, I tried checkin out carparts.com, but it doesn't look like they are taking cores anymore. For the A1 Cardone loaded calipers, they want 120 per caliper and the core charge is listed as $0.00. Same for the Raybestos, Beck Arnly and Wagner.
Napaonline lists Wagners for 58.99 and 45 for the core, but doesn't specify if its loaded, or if it includes the torque member. When I went to my local Napa (i love those guys, they know their stuff) he said the one he lists was NOT loaded. So, a big X for napa there.
Seraching the forum again, i found part numbers 41080-54C26 41001-54C03RE and 41011-54C03RE and punched them up at www.nissanparts.cc. Past posts pinned these numbers as loaded calipers and the hardware kit with shims. The order, with shipping came to $165.77.
Grand total for my upgrade: $225. Now to the store to get some new synthetic brake fluid. Any recommendations on that? Thanks!

That would be cool if someone made aftermarket torque members for the NX2000 brake upgrade... If you find out if you get the torque member with the calipers, let me know!

I use the Valvoline stuff. 508 degree bp. Use it on track. Never a problem.

The Motul 600 is good fluid.
You can get it at most motorcycle shops, esp Kawasawki.

If the unfortunate case arose that these calipers did NOT have the torque member....how would I go about getting one???

I tried both the valvoline synthetic brake fluid and Motul RBF600 brake fluid as well as various other DOT 5 brake fluids. Motul is a lot better, and i mean a lot! I dont use any other types of brake fluid anymore.

Not sure on the torque members but for fluid, i love the motul 600. I got it from greg at www.mossyperformance.com and it works great.

Here's the part numbers I found when I did my brakes back in August 2000.
Rotors:
BENDIX 141794 $70.54
RAYBESTOS 96280 $66.54
DELCO/DURASTOP 18A517 $61.79
CALIPERS:
WAGNER L126785
Don't have a part number for the other side.
These are what I bought, and they're excellent.
CARDONE F LEFT 17-1441
CARDONE F RIGHT 17-1440
RAYBESTOS F LEFT RC10156
RAYBESTOS F RIGHT RC10155
AUTO SPECIALTY F LEFT 40-51090
AUTO SPECIALTY F RIGHT 40-51089
Hope this helps.

That's the problem. They are not available separately as a part.
You can either get them with a remanned caliper, or off of a NX2000.
If you find them in a junk yard, the caliper would probably still be with it. You could then rebuild it yourself with a rebuild kit from Nissan.
If they don't come with it, send them back and try a different brand.
That's why I specified Wagner when I ordered mine.

ah, thanks Peter. I was afraid someone would say that. I guess all I could do is hope that these calipers I ordered from Nissan actually has the torque member.
Chris: thanks for all those parts, but I actually already had them from past posts of yours. That search feature is quite useful

Just an update: Shanna of nissanparts.cc has confirmed on my exact order that the "loaded" calipers that I ordered do indeed come with the ever important torque members.
They do NOT, however, come with pads. So much for being loaded. This now strikes me as the best deal as far as an AD22VF upgrade goes because for 64.39 per caliper you don't have to turn in a core. Which means I now have perfectly good stock SE-R front brakes for sale. :D
