I love turbo SE-R's.
I must say at half throttle it goes like a bat out of hell! To anyone thinking of doing a turbo please take your time and do it right because it is well worth it. It took me 2-1/2 months and the wait has paid off! I will have a lot more to say in a later post but I am off now. Have a good one guys!

Glad you got it running right Mark. Post more details when you have time. FWIW my accumulation of parts has began as well. ;)

Well the 2 and a half month saga ends and finally I got the car running. The main problem with the whole install was my IC piping. The car ran extrememly rich and I flooded the motor. I found that out about a month and a half after we started the install. So I went from a BB intercooler to a forge and had the piping welded in 2 spots ( when the IC piping goes through both fenders) so the piping doesnt come apart again! It is a shitload of fun to drive and I now need to put the AD22VF's that I have in the garage on my car! There are still some finishing touches that need to be done, but I can drive the car! The best part about it is the fact that I can still get 30 something mpg on one tank and 12 mpg on the next! I already have been to the gas station 3 times and I just got the car running on sunday the 28th. I still have to put the turbo timer in and boost controller but for now this is great. I am very happy on how responsive the car is and how much power it is producing at stock boost levels. I will hopefully have pictures up soon and you can all see what needed to be done to make a stock setup run with a lot of help from a lot of people!!!
I want to especially thank Art for helping me out a shitload and a half!!! I have about 10-15 other people who put in on this turbo project that none of you know but I thank them also(especially the ones who stayed up till 4am for 3 days straight helping me)!!! And thanks to greg and terrin for all of there help through those confusing stages of this project. Thanks to everyone that helped and I will talk to you all soon!!!

OMFG, mark came by my house yesterday afternoon to take a quick ride in the car. Needless to say I almost wet myself the second we pulled out of my street. He got on it half throttle and it was absolut heaven. 50-100 in like what felt like 2 seconds. We embarressed a civic that looked like it had some work done doing like 50 in 4th gear. We got down the end of this two lane highway and mark stops and is like, you gotta drive it. I was ilke HELL YEAH. So I drove the car back to my house. The entire time on the way back I kept saying, I gotta do this, I gotta do this. It's definately time to go turbo. The juice is finally sold and hopefully the car will be turbocharged very soon.:D
