ok, i recently purchased a 92 sentra se-r from my bro and just came to find out that the engine is about to go and the tranny is worse off, but otherwise, the car is in great condition. so right now im debating on going jdm sr20de, or det, or maybe just get into something newer, possibly out of the nissan family. Im really leaning towards the det, but im a virtual idiot when it comes to forced induction. help me out guys, how much can i expect to pay, what parts do i need, what should i look out for, and where to buy from. I noticed that a lot of the stock det's are shipped from Fl, but im in WA and dont want to spend so much $$$$ on shipping!!!! any help is very appreciated.
what kind of gas mileage do you guys get, and would it be cheaper to just go JDM sr20 and buy a bolt on turbo kit? help me out guys!!!!
