Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'm looking for information on how turbos and superchargers work. From what I have seen on sentra.net, etc., everything there is just the basics. I would like a more in depth understanding of how these work. I figure if I am going to be going turbo here in a few months if things go to plan, then I should understand how it works. TIA!

www.howstuffworks.com is a GREAT place to discover how things do what they do.

Wow. I went there. Searched for turbo, and instanly more than enough information. I'm not sure if they will discuss this, but I recently heard of a guy up in Missourri using a supercharger and a turbo on his car (dont rememebr what he drove). What would be required to do this properly? I'm sure it's expensive to tune it correctly and for parts. just curious...
Get yourself copies of Mike Kojima's "Suck, Squish, Bang, Blow" articles. You can get back issues from SCC. He has done 3 or 4 excellent articles on turbos that will give you everything you need.

Who do I need to talk to about getting those? Are they on sentra.net?

Corky Bell's book "Maximum Boost" is good reading too. My local library has a copy, maybe yours might have one too. Guess there are cool librarians out there. :)

Thanks for the help guys! I never realized just how cool the whole concept of turbos is. The more I read, the more excited I get about my project.
