nismo94tuner 03-18-2008, 11:32 AM Car was pulling hard man. What did you set the boost to while racing? Had some nice times. How the hell are the trap speeds so low though? Lol..

I set the boost to 17 psi but I had a mayor boost leak at one of hot side pipes, that was killing my trap speed, but even though, I think there was something wrong with the cells at the end of the track or maybe the software, I'm pretty sure I was passing at 100 mph, so, don't believe that trap speed, all drivers were complaining about that..
Slicks were at 10 psi, timming at 15 degree and i was using 93 oct fuel with a shot of nitrous octaine booster (that thing really works)..
I was launching at 6k and shifting at 7300-7500 rpm, that kill my ET, next time I'll shift at 7000 or maybe 6900 rpm..
By the way, I'm using the little guy, the great t25 turbo, hehehehehehe
nismo94tuner 03-18-2008, 12:09 PM I love the T25, lol. The way I used to run my car was 1st - 7500 2nd - 7000 3rd - 6500 then ride on fourth. Definately get those boost leaks sorted out and lose some weight on the car and it should be doing some very nice times especially on slicks.:biggthump

Thank you, I already fixed the leaks, it was two of them, ona was a vacum line that broke, and the other ona, a pipe that hit a nasty bump, pinch my coupler and bend the tube, I already fixed that and the car fells strong again at the top end..
t bags 03-25-2008, 10:27 AM looks like that c/t(chair time) is helping u out alot..once u go with slicks theirs no turning back.--nice vids
jonwepa 03-26-2008, 10:42 PM I need some DAMN slicks... I'll easily be in the 12's with a 1.8 60ft!
Enough about me nice vid:D

that's what I was thinking, but when I was boost leak testing my car, I found a big 1/2 inch hole in one of my couplers, I don't if I hit something that pinch that coupler or someone did that to me while we were at the track, anyways, I fixed that and now the boost stays on 12 (MBC set to 12) almost to 6000rpm, from there the little guy starts to drop the boost to 10 and stays there..
So, i think I could run 12's next time :biggthump
thanks for the coments guys!!
turbo dan-o 03-28-2008, 09:43 AM Nice runs man. That car took a beating! The 85mph has to be in the 1/8th mile. I would guess that car would run about 108-112 mph through the 1/4. Anyway you look at it 1.8 60's and low 13 is not bad!
