when you get high performance Brake rotors, should you also buy the pads to match? What are the best rotors?

The "best" is kind of subjective. What will you be doing with the car? Street use only? Autocross? Track use?

Depending on your use of the car, I would stick with stock vented rotors. Stay away from cross drilled or slotted rotors unless you just want them to look pretty and not increase performance at all.

I personally use Porterfield R4S pads on stock rotors.
