tamaimx 03-19-2008, 08:45 PM well , Iam about to finish the clutch install, the only thing weird is that when I press the pedal clutch this doesn't return at least I pull the clutch cable from the braket in the transmision. Im thinking that is the release bearing ... I may not be clipped on good enough... Sorry to say. I had the same problem last year. It sucks when you think your car is ready to drive again and nope, clutch pedal goes to the floor. I'm not sure if it was necessary or not, but I ordered new throwout bearing clips from the dealership just because I didn't want to have to pull off my trans again.
