My ECU is indicating that my Vehicle Speed Sensor Signal Circuit is open. I currently drive a 1995 200SX-SER. Does anyone know the location of this circuit? I know the VSS is located within the transaxle, but im not sure if the circuit is located in the same place. Has anybody dealt with this problem before? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. My friend originally posted this for me because I was unable to post at the time and im not sure if its located in the same place for both our cars.

did you try hitting it with a hammer? that usually works for me.

If that doesn't work, take it off and throw it down a staircase. ;)

Yeah! One time Chris wasn't working so i did that to him. Fixed him right up.
