about 2 days ago i was making a turn on a street and my car dies after i put in the clutch and coast the corner, WTF! then i realized that i have a problem. Car kept dying if i would come to a stop sign etc. But i didnt have the A/C on at all, which is weird because my dad would have the same problem with his 96 GXE, except it was only when he had the A/C on. So i searched on hear and was linked to se-r.net about the MAF Reground how-to. Spent about 5 bucks at wal-mart for wire and connectors and the car has not died ever since i regrounded the MAF ground wire! I did not think that it would be so easy as this, and I only ended up having that problem for not even a full day. The weird thing is that my dad has had that problem for a whole year now and barely got it fixed like 3 months ago. He's taken it to about 2 nissan dealers and he recently took it to a shop and they told him that they cleaned a hose or tube or something that had too much carbon clogging it or something.

Now i cant wait to check out his engine bay to see if they just regrounded the wire instead and lied to him.

Anyway, i'm just happy and thankful for the internet, se-r.net and this message board *** if i didn't i would have spent at least 100 bucks trying to get a simple thing like a MAF ground to get fixed.
