hello,
I am looking at getting a nismo front strut brace, and I am wondering if they are any good? I dont think they are adjustable, but for a bit more I could get a whiteline adjustable brace. Which would be the better option, and would a nismo front brace go with a whiteline rear brace? (i cant get a nismo rear)
thanks

Whiteline makes a rear stb for the NX? The nismo one will be very good.

beef up the rear. get some good springs with agx and put polyurethane energy suspension swaybar bushings on the front, and get a rear swaybar/possibly stb. stiffening up the front too much in our cars can cause understeer i think

92nx2k is right, as a "powerful" fwd with a large engine in it compared to the size of the car, stiffening the front will cause more understeer. Better get good shocks everywhere and a stb in the trunk.

Especially when you have a 220whp turbo beast in the engine compartment... You don't wanna have more understeer!

Believe me!

err, ok thanks
guess i dont get to cover my car in nismo stickers then :)

Whiteline are an Australian company, they make all sorts of suspension components. In their catalogue (at http://www.whiteline.com.au/docs/WLA02d_full.PDF), they have
- Front strut brace (adjustable)
- Front camber kit
- Front caster kit
- Rear strut brace (adjustable)
- Rear camber kit

The rear strut brace is AUS$170 (which is roughly US$95). I have heard though that you can get cheaper prices from suspension stores. AUS$130 (US$70) is the cheapest I have heard of for a RSTB.

edit: those prices are without GST or shipping.

If you check their WEB site they state somewhere that they now have a full US distributor.

yer, it says they ship internationally anyway. Maybe this is a cheaper alternative to the Motivational bar available?

Also, what do the other kits (camber and caster) do specificially for the ride? They seem to be about half the price of the struts.
