Hi everyone!!!
I have a Q's.
I just did an engine swap. NOthing fancy just old motor was bad so I gotan engine with only 4k ml on it. Also i changed the clutch and a flywheel. The kit was called a Clutchmasters,11 lb flywheel and second stage clutch. Well any way when i just got my car from the shop it was fine now when i take off in the first gear in vibrates pretty bad,now it would not vibrate only if I take off quick and only if my rpm's at 2k or so. I can not drive off like i was doing with a stock clutch.
Now,would it be that the whole clutch kit not broken in yet, i got about 2k ml after the engine swap. How long should i wait for it to brake in?? The vibration just geting a little worst.
Could it be a bad instalation, may be the mechanic f... up on instalation.
Any suggestions will be helpfull.
Now i think that the timing is not set correctly, may it is the problem.
Also i have a lowport engine,i know it was talked about a lot of time's but where the hell is my idle adjusting screw??? I looked under the manifold on the back og the ingine and can not see it. May be i just blind but can someone can put a pic and put an arrow right to the screw.
Guys thank you for all the help.
