Yup. You read it right. I am acquiring a black 91 tonight. I found it on E-bay in Conneticut, and it turned out that Peter (NyceP) was selling it. This seemed strange as he was the first SE-R geek I ever met. The car has 198k, (read swap time) but hes letting it go for what seems like nothing.

Anywhat the car is in good shape, except for a little rust near the doors on the fenders, and a bit under the trunk. It should be no problem to get new fenders, and have this touched up. With some help from Peter. Thanks again man, crazy props. Then the car will be near-perfect cosmetically.

I am selling my B14 in the next few months. Mainly as a way to generate funds for grad school. Since I will leave the car behind, it seems like a waste since it will just depreciate. I miss it already. I want to put a competitive na classic on the road for around $3000.

That's what's up Chris. Sorry to take so long to reply. I am glad to finally join the ranks of the proudest group of SR20 owners. I look forward to it. I'll be more than happy to entertain any questions, or soak up any advice.

Later fellas ~Ben

ok I went through the car this weekend. There is a clunking sound coming when I turn left, I think this may be due to the missing lower endlinks on the front sway bar.

There is also a whirring sound when going straight over like 40 mph. I may need tires/balance, but I'm thinking wheel bearings too. Not too sure here.

The main thing I'm concerned about is inner ball joint on the passenger side. The boot is dripping this nasty man-goo like substance. I hope these are things I can replace too.

Other than that I need a clutch cable, and to remove all this crap in the engine bay, resonators, and stuff hanging off the front of the vc.

I hope I'm on the right track with these diagnoses. I want to order the parts from Courtesy tomorrow, and get started.

just after reading the first sentance of the second post, i believe that sounds like a cv joint that needs to be replaced.
