Not sure how much a dash weighs, have to check around and see it I can find out. Not a lot I am guessing...but size matters as much as weight it seems

Or maybe a lot easier is estimate the weight, h x w x l in inches, call a UPS Store and ask for a ballpark figure, UPS Ground, slow mode.

Mostly it's size of the package and how many zones it has to cross. My zip is 06019.
