ANYONE have any pics of an NX with WIDE wheels & tires. i got this flash today when i saw this corrado with like 9" tires in the back.. and i thought to myself.. thats what i want but on all 4 corners.

im just looking for some pics

they won't fit. the suspension on the car is simply just not built that way. the largest that can be fit is like a 225 and thats gonna rub like a mofo

do you mean wide as in big tires or a low offset??? for wide/big tires id look happynole nx and for lowe offse check out kyosho boys setup up as its we(nxs) share same suspension setups

not going to happen, i 8 inch rim is the widest then you have to deal with tires, wich will most likely end up being low pro's of some sort.

im going to look for a cheap light set of 15x7's and stick the fattest tire that i can fit.

you can fit wider tires but you have to get a pretty small offset, and tuck the chit out of the fender.

The euro guys run some crazy wide wheels with insane tire stretch.

like running a 13X8 (im 90% sure they make them, saw them on a bimmer) and run a stretched tire on it

I've got some 17s on my nx2k. They are pretty wide, I don't know how wide, but I had to cut the part of the strut that holds the spring. So, you can't have any stock suspension with bigger/wider tires. You'd have to get coil overs to be able to cut the struts.

just to let ya know too....back in the day we but some 19x8 we had on my g20 and tried them for kicks on his b13 that was lowered with teins.....they fit but i dont know how the overall excperince in day to day driving,bumps,railroad tracks,etc would be for that size...also i believe the offset was 38-40??kinda a regular offset but with a 2 inch lip(looked bigger)

it actually believe it or not...didnt look to bad...i was amazed..haha but he had the stillen kit all the way around and with that makign the stock body stick lower it made the rims match and not outta place liek ive seen some other cars over the years haha.....


anyhow back to the top...i wanna see some wide low offset wheels too... them euro guys have the right item but the design of the rims usually look ugly to me....but they have the right concept in mind(lower offset)

they stretched it out on the tire so it has better clearance....hmm how safe is it???hmmm i cant say since ive never had first hand experince with that type of set up.....:confused:

no your thinking inches height wise...hes talking about wide of the tire smaller.... thats what the 215/50 (the width and the height or the tire ).you posted the r is the speed rating i believe. and 15 is for the height(how tall) the rim is
