Gorilla lug nuts for Nissan (12x1.25mm threads). I can't use them any more as I installed long ARP wheel studs that take 12x1.5 lug nuts. These are closed-end so probably only good on stock-length studs, though the threads inside go way up to the top. This is a set of 20 and the key is included. They're chromed steel so you can use an impact gun on them if you want.

SPL sells these for $30 plus shipping, and my local tire place sells the same ones for DOUBLE that. I don't know what the shipping cost would be, but they're heavy for their size, so $30 shipped for mine.
