hey guys i am having a serious problem with my boost not being consistent ,i am using a gtir t28 turbo on my ve engine and everytime i go into boost lets say 10 psi by the end of the gear it says 7 psi.

i changed my controller, change to external wastegate, change vacuum line, changed my downpipe and problem is still there.

ANY HELP WIL B APPRECIATED.:confused: :confused: :confused:

pressure test ur pipes--then vac test ur wastegate actuator

this is a typical thing for smaller turbos. your engine is moving alot of air at high rpms so the turbo can not flow enough to keep the boost the same throughout the rpm band. almost every turbo car has a bit of taper up top. my 240sx runs 22psi at 3500rpm on a gt28rs by 7500 rpm its down to about 15. i wouldnt worry to much about it
