theres a 3/8 fiting on the tranny. remove the bottom one first to drain the fluid. then reinstall it and remove the top one to fill the tranny with fluid. fill until it over fills and your done. ;)

thanx, bro. its funny, when i was switchin out the motor mounts i kept looking at those weird notched in screw like fittings on the tranny, i was kindof thinkin those were it but wanted to be sure.

you da man :D

now what oil do you guys recommend for our trannies, ive heard quite a bit on the subject, some fluids fuck them up, others are too loud or sumpthing like that...

what do most of you guys go with and trust?

a good name brand syntechtic gear oil.....castrol gtx, redline is good, if you can get a hold of BG synchro shift....that is excellent. of course thats my opinion.

well i got the new gear oil, but motnerfucker......when i went to install it, the 3/8 fitting where you put in the new stuff was easy to loosen and undo. but then the only other one im seeing on my tranny is like a 1/2 inch one that doesnt want to budge an is akward as fuck with its available angle to actually get opened.

did you guys have a problem with this one? is this the right one on bottom (its the only one i see and its not exactly bottom but close to it) ?
